Everyone in the Edmonton org is just so damn unlikable, top to bottom.

Nicholson
Holland
Whatever spinning wheel of a coach they have now
McDavid
Draistle
Kane
Nurse
Perry

So many hateable faces. Combine it with the media d***sucking, it just needs to be burned.

Zadorov on the Canucks give's them the edge IMO. HM to Lindholm.

Could the Canucks or Oilers beat:
Dallas: NO
Colorado: NO
NY: NO
Carolina: NO
Florida: NO
Boston: NO (major goaltending advantage)

I prefer the Canucks win but if they are gonna be stupid and let one line beat them #### them anyway
like why are they pinching against McDavid's line with a one goal lead in the third?

That play was just so incredibly dumb. I can't remember who the D man was, but I'm sure Tocchet must have tore a strip off him afterwards. If that play doesn't happen, the Canucks probably hang on to the lead and win. They had some good momentum after Zadorov's 3-2 goal.

they got scored on 4 times, McDavid had 4 points...like how stupid can you be? Zero risks against that line, especially with the lead!

You're acting like there's a bunch of Flames fans showing love for the Canucks. That's not the case at all.

And no, I did not celebrate the demise of the Canucks last night because it meant positivity for the Oilers. The Oilers and Canucks are not equal in hatred or rivalry and never will be.

Order of how a Flames fan should cheer in the regular season or the playoffs.

1) Cheer for the Flames
2) Cheer against the Oilers
3) - 32) Create your own

That's it. That's the list. Anything else is wrong.

I would be filing a complaint against the league after that garbage reffing. You can’t even argue it’s bias as a Flames fan, I don’t like both teams. But, the Oilers get away with murder. There are 3 clear cut cases of players needing to be penalized and possibly warrants suspension for these MISSED calls.

1) McDavid high-sticking Hughes. 4 minute penalty, no call.
2) Nurse boarding Pettersson’s head. Yes, you read that right. I was surprised Pettersson got up.
3) Kane slewfooting Hughes. Hughes could’ve injured his leg, it was that bad. Nothing.

It’s hard to think there isn’t a script here.

Hughes took a freaking beating last night. Aside from the 2 blatant missed calls on him, he was hooked and interfered with all game but did his best to fight through. If anyone did any of that to McDavid, he would immediately flop and the Oilers would have a power play.

With a healthy Demko, the Canucks can beat anyone remaining except Colorado.

IMO.

More than any team this playoffs - have you?

They won a round and are tied against the Oilers with their 3rd stringer starting their last five games.

They have four 70+ point scorers, and they defend well as a group - 7th in goals for during the regular season and fifth in goals against.

Teams that are top-10 in goals for and against typically have an excellent chance of making the finals.

Put the Vezina finalist goalie in and yeah, I think they’re gonna do alright.

Not sure how you call him the third stringer when they are choosing to play him over #2. Anyway I think that is crazy...other teams have ramped up. You think they would beat the Rangers or Florida They needed a miracle to beat Nashville who isn't a top team either.

Remind me how they defended well last night with a 1 goal lead

I didn’t say they would, I said they could. If they have Demko.

Silovs is the 3rd stringer because he spent most of the year in the AHL

He wasn’t their first choice to start when Demko went down.

He’s only playing now because he made the most of his opportunity - he won an overtime game, got a shutout in a clinching game, and allowed 2 or fewer in his last two starts against the Predators.

I don’t know why you’d bother trying argue he isn’t - he’s as #3 as they come.

Defending Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl in the third period of a playoff game is hard.

Film at 11.

I think it's reasonable to think that the Canucks would be playing differently if they had a healthy Demko in net. When you have a safety net like that, it opens up different possibilities.

Lol. They can't resist taking a shot at the Flames in a Vancouver vs. Edmonton article.

Vancouver vs. Edmonton: Here are 8 things each city is 'winning'

differently fine

but beating NY, Florida, Dallas, ect. in a 7 game series is laughable

Its especially hard when you decide to pinch...Its fine, I will be proven right next round no matter who advances.

Defending one line won't be hard for Colorado or Dallas
