The previous penalty was oilers level diving by the rangers- felt stick touch leg and flops. The last one was harder to argue, stick between the feet.

It looked like it because he let his feet fly up. But I doubt it, because he was in the open with a lane to the net. You don’t dive, give away the puck, and risk no call on that play versus driving the net.
