Yes, if a someone is of partial Jewish ancestry, they could be a "mut". That's something fairly new though, as inter-religious marriage is a very new concept. So if you have someone, who has two Jewish parents, who chooses not to follow the Jewish religion, they would still be of Jewish ethnicity.

As you stated, very few people convert into the Jewish religion, thus the Jewish community remains relatively ethnically stable. That being said, non-Jews, marrying Jews and converting to Judaism is far more common, but once again a new thing.

I hadn't realize Israel was so discriminatory regarding marriage. Given these rules, my wife and I never could have been married there. Wild. Not sure it's helpful having governments decide who can marry who based on which fantasies they believe in.

It's what they do lol. Someone else proudly provided links, etc saying there was overwhelming evidence that UNRWA didn't deserve to have funding continue which is obviously why Canada along with others in the west withdrew their funding and then when Canada and some other countries that initially pre-maturely withdrew funding determined that Israel had no evidence and wasn't going to ever share their evidence and subsequently started funding UNRWA again with many INCREASING their funding, they disappeared for WEEKS.

It's actually enjoyable to watch.
