Many of the estimated 60,000 Americans living in the West Bank outside of occupied East Jerusalem moved to settlements for the lifestyle and have little to do with the Palestinians on whose land they live. But a core of ideologically driven US citizens were at the forefront of building religious settlements on land expropriated from Palestinians while others have led the rise of what has been described as “settler terrorism”.

Not sure why you're so offended that I mentioned new york. Could be florida, California but it's a fact.
They even are holding real estate sales only open to jewish buyers in America and here in Canada. Land in the West Bank that was recently stolen.

American immigrants to Israel make up less than 2% of all Israeli immigration. Only 10% of these American immigrants end up living in a settlement. You are inflating a infinitely small number of American Jews and casting blaming onto the Jewish community of New York, and now I see mentioning other places in America with larger Jewish communities, when 99% of Jewish New Yorkers, Californians, and Floridians will never live in a settlement nor move to Israel. But hey, keep spreading your antisemitic conspiracy theories.

What difference does it make the percentage? Did I give a figure in my post? Does it matter the percentage when 60000 Americans are living illegally on someone else's land? And they're being violent towards Palestinians?
Notice how I post links and facts and you resort to name calling? You need to take a break if you can't handle arguing without resorting to calling everyone an antisemite.

Seriously what’s antisemitic about that? I don’t get it man you conflate any statement about Israel or Jews with antisemitism. I’m genuinely curious because I don’t understand: what about the statement you quoted is antisemitic?

Every one of those "settlers"(we can call them thieves and criminals, in the real world) are inflaming and perpetrating crimes, while fully supported by the Israeli government. If you can't see why this is causing hatred from "the other side" and continuing the needless cycle of death, hatred, and fear, well, I don't know how much more reality needs to hit you over the head, but I suspect if it was happening in your literal back yard, you'd be mighty angry too.
I just don't understand how people can be so blind to this.

He's even arguing against himself now?
Which one is it? Is he making it up? If so how can he be inflating it? And vice versa.

Placing blame on Jewish communities in North America for stealing Palestinian land when it is an infinitely small % of North American Jews moving to the West Bank. Saying “American Jews from New York are moving to the West Bank and Stealing land” implies there is at least a sizeable movement in the New York Jewish community or American Jewish community as a whole to go and steal Palestinian land when 99% of Jewish New Yorkers will never move to Israel let alone into a settlement. It fosters animosity towards Jews in North America who have zero connection to the settlements and most likely is a leading factor to why Jewish institutions are receiving increased threats of violence. Just last week several synagogues in New York were hit with bomb threats.
Here’s how you could phrase it “ A small % of Jews in New York, mostly religious orthodox Jews, are moving into settlement communities”. There are ways you can say things that don’t misrepresent an already an incredibly hated minority group.

But you’re the one making all those extra leaps regarding how you read it. I could see taking issue with the word stealing, that makes sense, but quibbling over the semantics of percentage feels disingenuous. Does that make sense? We all know it isn’t every Jew in New York but the statement they made seems factual, you take umbrage with the level of detail in the statement.
You might see where someone could feel you’re not arguing in good faith when you’re being so very particular in one case while in most of your posts you’ve painted the Palestinian people with the same broad brush strokes you complain about being used for Israelis.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander and all that.

How American citizens are leading rise of ‘settler violence’ on Palestinian lands
Washington’s ban on travel to the US by extremist Jewish settlers who attack Palestinians in the West Bank has one gaping loophole.
American citizens have been at the forefront of the rise of settler violence in the occupied territories, and the ongoing ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from their land, but as US passport holders they cannot be barred from their own country.
The US announced the travel restrictions as settler violence against unarmed Palestinians escalated in the wake of the Hamas cross-border attack in October, including shootings, the destruction of Arab homes and entire communities driven out at gunpoint. The UN estimates that about 500 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank this year including dozens of children. While Israel claims many of the dead were associated with armed Palestinian groups, the UN said the army frequently works with settlers attacking Arab civilians.
An American doctor from Brooklyn, Baruch Goldstein, murdered 29 Muslim worshippers in the West Bank city of Hebron in 1994. Goldstein was a follower of another American, Rabbi Meir Kahane, founder of the far-right religious Kach party that was eventually banned in Israel and the US under anti-terrorism laws.
“If you asked who are the most prominent examples of literally murderous violent settler extremism, the two answers are Goldstein and Kahane. Those people are the prophets of the settler movement,” said Susskind.
“Earlier this year I led a trip to Israel and Palestine. We went to Hebron and stopped in Meir Kahane park where they have a shrine to Baruch Goldstein. His grave is there. It’s shocking that they have a public park named after an American whose party was declared so racist that it was not allowed to be in the Knesset, a person who espoused violence and hatred. And then a shrine to Baruch Goldstein who took those lessons from Kahane and actualised them in murdering a group of people at prayer.”An American doctor from Brooklyn, Baruch Goldstein, murdered 29 Muslim worshippers in the West Bank city of Hebron in 1994. Pointing out that 60,000 Americans have traveled to and stole land in Palestine, is aparently morally repugnant. But stealing the land isn't.
My brain is about to explode.

I have no issue with stating that the settlements create an impasse to peace and that the West Bank should be given to the Palestinians in a future 2 state solution. I think many Israelis agree, which is why 95% of the West Bank was offered by Olmert in 2008 to create a Palestinian state but was declined.
It’s called having nuance something you desperately should try and discover.

Not everyone of the 60,000 travelled, some inherited citizenship and were born in the settlements or in Israel.
Pointing out that there is not a American Jewish conspiracy to move to the settlements makes your head explode? Pointing out that misrepresenting an already small minority group is dangerous? Ok.

Not a great example, the whole Russian Orthodox thing is very intertwined.

Let's calm down here. I was responding to a post saying that Jews were segregated in European society - if half of them were marrying non-Jews, sounds like my questions as to why that would be the case are unimportant if the original premise that Jews are segregated is false.

That seems like a weird way to report it. "Non religious Jews" are just different white guys walking down the street. I don't draw conclusions on Catholicism based on an atheist guy who's great grandparents immigrated from Ireland.

LOL. More shameless deflection and lies.
Why is it not dangerous to label all Palestinians as animals? What's the difference?
