Who'd get to hire the coaching staff for the AHL Roadrunners? What if Utah wants them to play certain kids, but the Roadrunners staff want to win? Can they sign AHL ringers and push the prospects down the lineup?

I see a lot of potential turmoil.

My guess is that he wants to keep the Roadrunners in Arizona so he can keep his sports gambling license active (even though his site isn't doing much business).

As I understand it, the law requires ownership of a "top level" sports franchise, but they'd likely make the argument that the AHL is the highest level being played in Arizona after the Yotes move.
