Pospisil could easily have angled that hit. He’s also gotta know they are looking for him

Nah they need more guys taking dumb penalties. We don't want to generate any offense and blow it by winning a game.

Pospisil has to shoot and not pass to a covered Huberdeau.

I don't care about that one. Posp eased up, and players who stand there licking the dasher deserve to eat it.

I legitimately believe it's intentional, and kind of smart (but dangerous). You are either to hold onto/protect the puck to maintain possession, or you're most likely going to draw a penalty.

Jagr did it all the time - he just didn’t get nailed (or was big enough to absorb hits).

If I live to be a hundred ill never understand how Huberdeau managed to score 115 points in a season.

That was a full period of some of the worst hockey I have ever seen. Hrudey says the Flames had one dangerous shot, but I wouldn't even say they had that much.

I don't care too much because....eeeeehhhhh...tanking! However, you want to see them actually play decently well before they lose.

the league shouldn't award any points for this game. Both teams are terrible.

That San Jose guy just stood there like I did when I tried to play call of duty with my kid. Stood around and got blasted while I tried to figure out the buttons.

Vlasic is still in the league? Over 1200 games.

The Flames don't have a single blue-chip piece in the organization. It is imperative that they get one this year. These guys don't have it.

I'm trying to think of a Flames player good at taking a clean pass through traffic, and am coming up a bit blank. We have all tough area goal scorers. Maybe coranato can become that.

Pretty sure he was just adding to your "the league shouldn't award any points for this game" line with a relevant GIF.

I have to agree. There's something like a 5 to 7 percent chance calgary gets celebrini, but a player like that fundamentally changes the whole organization. Calgary is full of top end support players.
