Yes, happened to me once. I declined since their product was not as advertised and the information in my review was important for other prospective buyers to know, I didn't think a $15 refund was enough for me to sacrifice my principles |

I ordered tea, something like six boxes of 40 for $45 bucks. One box arrived, but they billed me $45. When I complained they said it was a listing error, offered to refund me and only charge me for one box, and then asked me to take down my negative review.

I noticed they never corrected the listing. So that wasn't going to happen.

Third party sellers are the worst. You can't go through Amazon to complain, or seek a quick resolution. I just avoid them all together now

Some ppl at work are saying their kids weren't allowed to go outside during the eclipse.
They're staying inside and watching a live stream.

"Hey kids there's SCIENCE outside but you can't go see it lets watch this video."

One said her neighbour was planning a watch party and everyone was keeping their kids home so they could watch.

 WHAT THE ACTUAL F***?!?!

This is true, both my kids schools here in Calgary sent out emails saying they would be kept inside and even "away from the windows" for the duration of the event.

Grade 6 and 9 for reference.

I get it, but it is a liability thing.

There are too many idols in a class. Some dickhead is going to look at it unprotected and them their idiot parents are going to bring a claim against the school board.

My buddy in McKinney kept his 5 yr old home so they could watch together supervised.

Very, very cool. I'm so jealous of those of you who got to experience the total eclipse. Saw this on Twitter and it's a really cool, sped up perspective. https://twitter.com/user/status/1777292507472163245 |

Just a skiff of cloud that came through on us right at totality; so I couldn’t see anything through my glasses. We raw dogged it though…. Holy ####. Totally worth it!

Fair enough. I'm thinking $300 just might be (and I get to keep the product! )
