Whoever the kid is, chances are they'll be a good one. There's a variety of great options to choose from.
Even with a question mark like Eiserman you have a kid that averages over a goal per game in every level he's been at. That's insane.

I think Eis is going top 5.

How can you be so sure about who the BPA even is? If the Flames finish where they are now, there's likely going to be multiple players who are the best depending on who you ask.
Tij Iginla, as of now, fits into that pool of players who would be the BPA at #7 or so, depending on who you ask. The Flames also need to make sure they draft a player that doesn't want to leave Callgary as a UFA later. Tij likely satisfies that.

Pretty sure it is Teej. There is someone at my work with the same name, and that is how they pronounce it.

Two more points. I was reluctant due to oiler old boys but he’s really heating and how crappy he was in Timbits. Haha
Can we have him?

The ultimate _______ is the final iteration. The penultimate is the one before that.

I suspect you're right, last year Eiserman was in the conversation with Celebrini for 1st overall, he has defensive warts for sure but you can't ignore the goal scoring, strength and skating, I can't see him getting past one of Anaheim, Chicago or Columbus.

The BPA is who your scouts say it is, that's what you have them for.

Cole eiserman will score 40 goals in the NHL if someone gives him the ice time.
Will probably still finish -10 on season if he does.

For me this next series against PG will be telling for Tij. If he lights it up again and wills his team to play well a lot of scouts will sit up and take notice and he could cement himself as a 6-10 level pick. Great first round and his game has come a long way this year, he's clearly moving up draft boards but it's another thing doing it against good players - with all due respect to Wenatchee they are a team just starting a rebuild with just a few core players left and two pretty weak goalies. He shows well against PG and I think some teams will start thinking about taking him ahead of Catton
