Well that is just lazy coaching. Why wouldn't you start your very young goalie against your division rival? If he gets torched so what? He is going to get torched while he learns, he also might stand on his head. What benefit does the team get from Markstrom starting tonight as opposed to against a much easier opponent in San Jose?

Nice, cheering for dangerous hits to injure other players. That’s pretty awesome.

Relax man, despite the denial he's just saying what many think.

Personally I would never want this

100%. Hopefully Kane, Perry, Nurse, Draisaitl and of course McDavid all eat $&@*. So many unlikeable ###### bags on that team.

Iam not sure why people are confused about Markstrom playing. We are in tank mode and he is the best option to lose against the Oilers. I prefer a win but I think management disagrees.

I mean those Oilers never do anything with an intent to injure…

Pretty awesome.

I see the Oilers have their 2nd last brutal B2B coming up. Don't know how they managed this season. Oh wait, both are home games. I hate that team so much.

Dangerous hits are for losers like the oilers.

If I don’t see a flames player either a) take off his skate and try to stab somebody or b) sharpen his stick into a shiv like creation for the world’s deadliest butt end, I’ll be sorely disappointed.

Sweet. I found the life of the party, everyone. Let's get him drunk and give him a mic!

Heavy dose of Codree, shot mentality, missed call, and tries to elevate.
