Flames had 6 guys in the D zone and it wasn’t even close.

The players themselves aren't going to deliberately lose so the team can draft a player they may not end up playing with anyway whether that's because they leave the team or the player doesn't pan out.

Good finish by the Flames, but the tip save by Markstrom a few minutes in the third is the turning point. Last year that goes in and Flames find a way to lose the game.
