Leylah has forced a 3rd set against Diane Parry - Parry won the first set 7-5, Leylah returned the favour in set 2.

Shapo dropped the first set, won set 2, and just came back from love-40 down to hold serve to start set 3. Come on Denis, get this one over the line.

Break!! Shapo serving at 4-2 in set 3.
Edit: Can't consolidate though.

Felix vs. Carlitos today, tough to feel positive about a FAA victory today, but I just want to see some good tennis on display.

That 3rd set pretty well summed up his last few years. Great mixed with bad, ending in hilariously awful fashion.

We all know about Shapo's struggles, but Frances Tiafoe is another guy who is way off his game of late. Oikos just beat him 6-3 6-3 and did it without working up much of a sweat.

Can we just bottle that first service game from Felix and bring it out for each service game?

Sloppy service game from FAA, a double-fault and two bad errors.
Edit: Felix falling apart here - He might lose this match before the Flames game gets underway in Raleigh.

Charlie takes the opening set 6-2. Very low energy from FAA thus far and his level is way below where it needs to be.

Maybe I should post that youtube video about the fatal flaw in Felix's backhand again - I think that came out about 16 months ago and it hasn't been corrected. That's a coaching issue.

Okay, Felix is showing a little bit of fight here. Charlie is starting to show some cracks as well. FAA still down a break though.
Edit: Charlie wins and it was like a Sunday walk in the park. Felix is at a crossroads here, how can you continue with Fontang as coach with this kind of performance?

Just revisiting this post as I think we have a new Big 4 (Djokovic, Alcaraz, Sinner, and Medvedev) and then there's the rest of the men. I mean, Rublev just lost to Lehecka in straight sets, at least he didn't scream in the face of a linesperson this week.
