PACs and party identification at the municipal level just serves to galvanize cities and towns as conservatives. It's seen as a feeder system for provincial power. A responsible government would outlaw them as undemocratic.

So, the parts of the map that are not protected are the parts of the province that the UCP says are ugly as all hell and hold no value whatsoever. I hope that the people living in the unprotected areas remember what the UCP think of them.
