IMO, the problem isn’t the fact that posters critique Dis or Sec. The board is here to discuss and critique ideas isn’t it? It gets a little silly when people critique particular individuals credibility. It’s one thing to question but to make other feel like crap is a little much.
Anyway, constant bickering has to stop here. I think all of us have done it at some point and it’s best to just walk away from the keyboard when you come to the realization you’re arguing with someone.

Lots of rumblings on Twitter that Dallas is pushing for Tanev and possibly Hanifin. I think they are a great destination for both, good prospects and pick availability (and no, we aren’t getting Stankoven)

I think we should spend the next few pages praising sec and his gifs. That should weed out the rest.

Friedman spoke a bit about this today on the 32 Thoughts pod. Can you believe if Dallas, who apparently want to remake their 2nd pairing entirely go and grab both of these guys? Wild.

5% of the forum members suck the fun out of for the rest of it. Luv to see a sub forum created for those of us who enjoy getting any info we can and leave the losers out of that forum. Sure there would be many willing to moderate it closely
Only members of that forum can view

Well, that was already the last 1000 or so pages. Let's try something else, shall we?

I see 60 posts per page. That means the next 120-180 posts need to be gifs please.

If they want both, they are going to have to pay. That doesn't necessarily mean Stankoven, but it'll have to be some damn good assets.

For both?
That oven better be stanky.
Landing the pairing would certainly mario mushroom the stars going into playoffs. They've been lights out together.

Kolesar, 26, 6'2", 216lbs, VGK, RW, hits everything that moves, brings phsyicality, and plays with an edge. he's a middleweight when he drops the gloves.
Pazzeta, 25, 6'0", 218lbs, MTL, A pest, big hits, good speed, has some very good fights.
Malenstyn, 26, 6'3", 201lbs, C/LW, WSH, again a lot of hits and hard battles. Doesn't shy from the extra curriculars after the whistle, but isn't much of a fighter similar to Weegar. Former Hitman.
Smaller players that are hard to play against:
Cotter, 24, 6'0", 185lbs, VGK, LW, battles hard, hits hard, always goes to the hard areas.
Lauzon, 26, 6'0", 205lbs, NSH, LD, league leader in hits. Always battles hard, blocks shots, and leaves everything on the ice. Middleweight, remember him fighting Z in a game against us this year, he held his own despite the size mismatch.
Kartye, 22, 5'11”, 203lbs, SEA, LW, I see him having a similar career to Mangiapane, smaller guy that thrives in the hard areas, very competitive, brings a physical element, and is soon going to find his scoring touch.
That's everyone I could think of, but I'm sure there's more.

Another good list. Thanks. Would love to see Conroy get 1-2 of these guys in the offseason to bolster the physicality of the team while stilckingto the game plan of getting younger and faster.

That would be wild. We would need to retain 50% on both and still take back significant salary - so the return would have to be very appealing.
I wonder if there is a way we can add to pry Stankoven away?

Only in gif form, wouldn’t want to be confused for “adults”

If they want both and get them soon than I think it will be a pretty good deal. Bourque + a good prospect + a 1st + a 2nd?

Is Stankoven a sure-thing? How many 5'8" centers are currently impact players in the NHL?

I'm curious why people prefer a guessing game to straight up reporting. You don't see LeBrun or Friedman posting cryptic gifs on twitter regarding potential trades.

You really don't see a difference between someone who's literal job it is, versus someone having fun on their favourite team's message board?
