Dead on. It's really bad when you don't even crack a sweat.

Hot sauces that will kill you

Blair's hot sauces seem to be the champion here.

Tobasco is at the bottom, so you can see where you stack up.

Heh...

Most of the stuff on these these lists seem to be less food products than someone's science fair project in hand-numbered, collectable form -- not really meant for human consumption.

Or as a tool for revenge on workplace fridge bandits.

I met a lady who grew up in Trinidad and Tobago when I was young, and she was spooning this homemade 'relish' on saltine crackers, like I would spoon ante pasto. She offered me some, so I took her up on it. I dug in with the spoon, and luckily she stopped me. She more or less dipped the very corner of a cracker, so that is was barely moist from the relish. That alone burnt the hide off of my tongue so that my tastebuds were shot for the next two days.

At the Red Devil I was also beaten up badly by a sauce called 'Spank my a$$ and call me Sally.'
lol I'm from Trinidad.you will find some pretty spicy food there.I know when I've reached my limit when I get dizzy and tears are streaming down my face

A tried some hot sauce a friend from Trinidad brought back. It was hotter than anything I've tried at any restaurant in Calgary. I've also got some bottles of hot sauce from Mexico (local stuff not meant for tourists) and only one or two drops in soup makes it quite spicy.

You can definately build up your tolerance for spicy food by eating more of it.
