Hope not. IIRC Cammy was talking some serious poop about the Habs the day before we reacquired him.

Fine, I watched 13 minutes of this game, the guy got one shift with the 4th line and the Kings took a penalty. I mean go look it up on NHL site for Christ's sake. Nobody is finding things that aren't there, his ice time is way down in the 2nd.

I saw Holtz on PP 2 and a 4th line shift. I saw Mercer once at the end of the period, also a 4th line shift which is not where he slots normally.

I think traditionally, they'd just scratch them before the game. Otherwise wait until the game ends or the next day. Super rare to see anyone pulling mid game in a trade. In fact the last time was Cammy I'm sure of it.

This is my guess as well. Limit the ice time but use him unless they get well ahead.

Holtz normally gets 4th line minutes though. Cutis Lazar has more ice time than Mercer. Who knows, maybe we can get both Holtz and Mercer. Then we can get that statue of Conroy built.
