Do you run Vladar and Wolf as a tandem playing equal games for the rest of the season if this actually happens or do you try and give Wolf the opportunity to steal the starter role?

If it's me? I run Wolf because there is literally no downside to finding out what you have by giving him as many looks as possible.
If it's a coach who actually knows what he's doing? WHO KNOWS!

Presume that we get a goalie coming back in any marky trade. Vanacek, Daws, Prosvetov, or perhaps BIG SAVE DAVE!

I think I'd go 50/50, maybe 60/40. Vladar is still very young and has shown flashes of starter potential. If both guys turn into studs then it gives the Flames that much more flexibility at the position

I think Vlad knowing he’s the 1A guy and responsible for showing Wolf the ropes is a role that not only he’d be honoured to take on but would excel at. He’s the ultimate team guy and has truly loved the team, city and fans. Might unlock another level out of him.

There's a definite downside to throwing a rookie in the deep end without much NHL seasoning.
