Drunk Pitchers loser family sues stalled car owner

The way I understand it, the reason only hotels were allowed to have bars was because they had rooms for their drunk patrons, so the liquor servers obviously have some responsibilty to their customers. As a side note, cab drivers think it's wondeful when some bar has over served a customer till he can't walk and the cabbie is expected to carry the guy to the cab, clean up his puke, drive him home, carry him into his house and try to collect his money.

too bad more drunk drivers didn't take his route, the roads would be a much safer place
