Romo had a good point. The defense was gassed and needed the rest so that's why Shanahan did it. That makes sense to me.
But yeah, almost better off conceding the 7 and go down and try to get 8.

Yup great game called.
Apparently a ticky tack man down field could've been called in SF on their first TD but that would've been weak.
Purdy doesn't get rushed on that 3rd and goal in OT and his guy was open and we are still playing.
Of course a missed PAT.

If you're going to take the ball first you better score a touchdown
Because if you don't you give the other team 4 downs to go the other way and get a td to win.

This is a rather violent sport. Anger issues are kind of the deal.

If anyone doesn't like Mahomes, watch "Quarterback" on Netflix. The guy is the best for a reason.

Romo made a great point- you might want to take 1st possession if your defense is gassed from the end of regulation… but the a huge benefit of the second possession is you have a better idea of how to approach your 4th downs.

That was the first quarter. All players want the ball all the time. Doesn't mean you tear a strip off your coach and physically bump into him. If Reid went over and bumped him over if he dropped one, would it be as justified?

Also if you think both teams can score TDs then you get to have a chance to win with the 3rd possession.
But you have to make sure you score that first TD
