I was just gonna say the same thing. Once Vegas finally woke up, they pretty much took over and looked in control the rest of the way, especially on defence and 5 on 5 play. And they did a terrific job holding the lead once they got it.

So let's take a look at that stretch one more time, shall we?

17 games.
Only 5 of those were against playoff-calibre teams.
Only 1 was against a legit Cup contender. And surprise surprise, they couldn't beat the Cup contender even with 2 of their top players missing.

Vegas didn't even show up initially. It took them half the game to finally get warmed up.
