I didn’t actually watch but did Connor go out and demo all the skills he selected to the guys before the competition or was this all learning on the fly?

He helped create them and they largely required fast bursts of speed and good edge work.

Don't forget Tate McRae. Not only is she from Calgary, was a big part of the draft with Makar and MacKinnon but she's the big performer this weekend during intermission tomorrow. Also gave numerous love to Calgary yesterday and even has a song on her debut album named Calgary. Now that's representation!
