not sure who can get PLD to play like he cares. likely isnt a coach out there who can do that. Blake likely should be let go for that trade alone.

Sucks for McLellan. I believe he is probably a good coach and something stinks in the locker room that has nothing to do with him. It's the whole, you can't fire the whole team situation. I suspect McLellan lands somewhere else at some point, but with a recent extension and no need to worry about money, he may take his time.

As he should. He initially did a pretty good job with their turnaround but this offseason was a disaster for the organization given the PLD acquisition and goaltending situation.
