Song identification help

It's a song snippet that's been played at several NHL rinks during the playoffs. It's also played at the end of that TV commercial for a radio station that promises not to test its product on animals anymore and so instead they play the music for a toddler.

The hard part, which has made a lyrics search impossible, is that the only "words" heard are "woo-hoo, woo-hoo"

No, it's not the Blur song. This one's got kind of a street-corner doo-wop group sound to it.

Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated, cause it's driving me nuts.

EDIT: It's also not the Kill Bill woo-hoo song sung by 5, 6, 7, 8's that's all on the Vonage TV ads.

That's definitely the Garnier ad tune rockstar suggested, but not the one I'm looking for.

Damn, there's lots of woo-hoo songs. Google has been no help on this one.

I searched youtube but all it had was the old commercial (the testing on animals one) the station its for is energy 101.5

haha yea i could've told you that, i liked that little snipped that ottawa kept playing at their games so i found out what song it was a couple days ago. i think the rest of the song sucks tbh except for the woo hoo part.
