Are repeated breakaways the sign of a well coached team?

Sloppy play after sloppy play.

Only thing not sloppy is Markstrom.

Hopefully the sale starts on Monday as this team looks pretty broken right now.

Backlund line playing well as usual. Kadri line looking okay, I get the idea of putting our best centre with our two most skilled wingers. Lindholm line is a disaster.

Your TV guys are talking about selling at the deadline. We have committed to the most valuable trade asset we had, Mrazek.

Our current PP might be the worst I've ever seen as a Flames fan, and we've had some pretty rough ones over the years. But holy smokes, whatever Savard is doing is clearly not working at all. Dude needs to be turfed this summer.

I think it is mutual management and the coaches looking at the bigger picture.

This roster is in real danger of losing at home to Columbus and Chicago within a few days.
I know that since last years green garbage day that I questioned this leadership group’s commitment and professionalism
But
This is obviously worse than I feared

You have much better trade assets than Mrazek.

Whether you want to move them is another thing.

Tanev, Coleman, maybe Weeger, are the only true leaders on this team.
Kadri if he’s on, Huberdeau should be but has no confidence. The guy with the C in the jersey has it because he negotiated it in his re-signing.

Flames are 26th in the league. Everyone plays a role in this and that includes the coaching staff. Are they the most talented team? No. But you can’t say the coach isn’t accountable given how the team performs. I mean look at the PP, it’s absolutely pathetic. I get the fact that management wanted to give this group another chance given the circumstances of last year, but this doesn’t mean that Huska and company should get a free pass.

Huska fired up the Margaritaville and has been throwing everything in there.

There’s a few posters on this site that won’t be able to handle a rebuild, at all.

Getting upset at a bad team, imagine when they’re really, really bad.
