It started during the losing streak, the Flames looked pretty good defensively before that, but this just looks terrible. It's way too easy to split the Flames D in this game.

Hawks have what, 19 straight road losses?

Typical of the recent stretch, Raddysh passes up a shot dead on in the slot, to move the puck to worse angle, where the attempt gets muffed, anyway.

Terrible start by the Flames. No energy, not skating just flat. Should have stayed home

Said it last game and I'll say it again. I'll miss watching Tanev on the Flames.

I mean, we're 2 and 3 against the 5 worst teams in the NHL. No extra voodoo needed for us to lose this one.

At least the game is a joy to listen to tonight with Ball calling it. Thank goodness don't have to listen to Singh mutilate names and mistake Klapka for Kadri.

And most of their roster is AHL caliber players and they are absolutely out playing us. You can say the Flames are not the most talented group in the NHL yet it boggles my mind some people defend this coach when we are getting worked by bottom feeder teams that don't have nearly the same amount of talent. He is fine for now because we need to retool and draft high this year but anyone wanting Ryan Huska behind the bench when they is done needs their damn head examined.

We're also 2-5-1 wearing the Blasty jersey this season.

I'm also 0-2-0 in starting the GT.

It's a perfect sh*t storm for a win.

Yes, the Flames have an annoying habit of always playing down to their competition.

Your telling me! Most of the way through the 1st and he hasn't cried for McPPs like the Edmonton clowns, the other night.

Well, he’s a rookie head coach in the league. Just like a rookie player, it might be a good idea to give him a chance to grow into the role before closing the book on his evaluation.

I think that 7 of the Flames players have AHL games this season: Zary, Coronato, Klapka, Gilbert, Kylington, Duehr, Schwindt.

So we're not that far off an AHL squad, either.

Can Tanev even have a mouth-guard? Is it more of a gum-guard? What would it form to?

Think this losing streak finally broke me. Having trouble caring about this one and the Flames effort hasn’t helped.

*facepalm* You know what, yes, give him time, we need good draft picks. Give him time until we get some better talent and then get him the hell out the door. Harvey The Hound could get more out of this group.
