Kings are a lock.
Yes, they have been on a slide - it happens - but it isn't going to continue. Top 3 in the division is now very much in jeopardy, but not the playoffs.
Look for a coaching change, followed by a new-coach-bounce, followed by cruising into the playoffs, followed by knocking off the Oilers.

'Hawks couldn't solve Demko, who was both lucky and solid, and the Canucks made two early goals stand up. 2-0 final.

dude they just lost to SJ and have been the worst team in the NHL over the last month plus
2 wins in what 13 games!
Kings have had multiple chances to take out the Oilers and blew it, F them

PLD's has never given a ####. He reminds me of Daigle. Hockey is just the means to living at a celebrity life style. Do just enough to get paid and that's it.
I think LA was probably the single worst place for PLD to go for a team. He has zero reasons to push anymore. He's reached his end goal.

Blaster is just getting anxious because "Petey" isn't signing, his team is having one of their best seasons ever and he knows how it will end, and his team is also going to make at least one, maybe a few bad trades to push the chips all in. We just let him do as he does.

Unlikely that they play the oilers. Almost impossible in the first round, the oilers would have to pass the canucks and play the Kings from a wildcard spot. Or both the Kings and Oilers would have to pass Vegas to meet in the first round. I hope you're not predicting that we need the Kings to beat the oilers in the 2nd or 3rd round...
