It's a dress code that can be enforced by the employer. It's not like they are discriminating against someone for their gender, height, weight etc.

In some medical and science fields, you are required to be cleanly shaven in order for a safety mask like an N95 can properly fit and keep you safe.

It's not like any NHL players, coaches or executives are going to go and file human rights complaints against Lou or the NYI.

He quit the Remparts because he had nothing else to prove there. He said in a recent article that he knows he made mistakes last time. Young players in his junior program rave about him. It’ll be interesting to see what he can do on the island.

That roster is just so mediocre and long on the tooth. Seems like a team with a ceiling of 12-20th overall. If Roy can get them to overachieve I suppose they could make some noise providing the goaltender is stealing games but they are pretty close to requiring a serious retooling if they want to get to a higher level.
