The only one I’d use of those is the chiropractor.

Does your organization have some input into that? (I have no idea how these things work)... but my plan is basically the opposite of yours: $500 limit on Osteo, Naturo, and Chiro, and a $5000 limit for psychologist.

$5000 a year for psychologist visits is insane. I've never seen coverage like that through anyone I've ever been with through work.

If anybody is bored, it would be great to take some water balloons and soak the losers jumping up and down with the “perverts stop grooming our kids” banner on the 32nd Ave pedestrian bridge over Deerfoot.

Wow, now they are against hair stylists? How about you take them to Supercuts and not Swizzlesticks for their haircuts for Gods sake.

I checked again just to make sure I wasn’t blowing smoke. Confirmed $5000 for psychologist. And another $5000 for psychotherapist (whatever that is?)

My memory is not awesome but I think our company revamped our plan either during or shortly after covid to ensure that mental health was adequately taken care of.

I'm going to see if any of the people at the Orthodontist office are naturopaths as a side hustle and will convert 300 to naturopathic services to match my plan maximum.

Now you’ve got me wondering what you do for work that you’d need $5000 a year on psychologists. Senior Animal Cremation Technologist with a specialty in cute puppies?

I do taxes for a living.

I am a Flames fan.

I am a Liverpool fan.

There should be an organization that pays me to go to Therapy.

Ha! Nothing as specialized as that. And i am not sure i need $5000 (ive never used it). But lets assume someone out there is struggling and has used it. Good to know they are covered.

Like I said, I believe our plan was revamped around covid time in response, i would assume, to a real increase in the need for these services. It’s not always that a big-ish company gets it right for its employees, but in this case i think they might have.

If you were also an Oilers fan you would need a heck of a lot more than that

I should get a little placard for my car!

"It's okay. He's allowed to park here. We let him."

\o

<.< >.>

We don't need/use all of it every year, but when we need it, we really need it.

I have the same, $5,000 per year on psychologist and related services through our Sun Life benefits. You'll want to check though as the $5,000 for psychologist and psychotherapist are likely shared among those related services. They are on mine, anyway. They also cap the cost per session; they just increased to $220 per for us.

I've had Sun Life since 2013, they've been good to me. No complaints.

No matter what you do for work, go through a divorce and you'll be glad you had that much in psychologist benefits to burn through, let me tell you. It likely made things way, waaaaaaay smoother for me.

The landscaping guy who just pulled over and parked on 90th this morning should be ticketed. Like yeah, it sucks you have to clear snow in this, and I do have some compassion. But as if you just block a lane during rush hour!

Haha, we used to call wherever we decided to pull over and unload "landscaper's lane". They know they aren't supposed to and they DGAF. Cops never hassle you when you do that for some reason. I agree it's ridiculous.
