Millen‘s reference to the “professional athletes” playing against the Flames today was bang on. It should also be taken as a well earned slight against Calgarys athletes too.

Last two games have gone a long way to showing what kind of team this is. You know what to do, Conroy.

If this game doesn’t tell you to officially be 100% sell mode, I don’t know what would.

Huberdeau with two points, finally starting to do something...not on the ice with the goalie pulled.
Hawks forechecked aggressively all night causing the Flames to blindly throw a ton of pucks into the neutral zone for turnovers. Would have been nice to see the Flames forwards come back a little deeper to provide some outlets.
Season is done, so may as well sell and retain a bunch of salary and ship people out.

They are exactly what we knew they are.
Please Conroy do the right thing and don't go chasing mathematical playoff hopes like your old boss.

Garbage.
Low bar and they still disappoint. Beating or getting points from the league's doormats isn't much to ask. But they do just enough to come up 1 goal short in regulation again.
No pulse after yesterday's emotional affair?
Yeesh. Blow it up.

It is not Huska. It is not Savard. It is the players! They are not talented or dynamic enough.

That’s an embarrassing loss. When I saw the Hawks lineup I fooled myself into thinking this was a guaranteed win, especially after a stinker yesterday. Pathetic.

losing to this Blackhawks team is pathetic, but big picture ... whatever is pushing the front office closer to what needs to be done is fine by me.

Organization can't do anything right. They can't tank when they clearly should and they can't beat a deadlast team with half their lineup including their phenom rookie. 20 years as a fan since the 04 run and we have 2 series wins. What a joke. If the team and the players don't care, why should we?

Lol, ok. There is plenty of talent on this roster, the coach having a smaller skilled group constantly throwing stuff back to the point for unscreened shots on goal is absolutely moronic.

Besides being so undermanned in today’s game, another interesting fact: The Blackhawks win on a Sunday for the first time this season. They were 0-8-0 prior to today.

A choppy game, with very little flow. Three goals bounced in off defenders, 2 past Vlad, 1 past Mrazek. Blackwell was, clearly, the most motivated guy on the ice. I'll take the stolen points, this time.

Slowly but surely, we will all end up on the same page. Maybe even Flames management.

What has happened to Dillon Dube. 1 measly assist in his last 24 games.

People have convinced themselves that these players are better than they really are. Its been mostly the same group for a long time and we always switch coaches thinking that will fix everything. It is the guys on the ice. No coach is getting playoffs out of this group. We do not have a top 20 player by position anywhere

If we can add an "L" Tuesday night to stack on top of this weekend? Oh, what a sight!

- Flames would love to keep all their players, but can't because of the salary cap
- Believe with goaltending like what Markstrom is providing, anything is possible
...and that's about all I can remember.
