That's a comical penalty. Tanev doesn't reach. The Hawks player does a good job of gaining position/winning the battle, but all Tanev did was lose the battle and then fall down. Tanev did nothing wrong there.

Pathetic PP. Savard has no plan for the guy with the puck when it gets below the dot. So they play catch with the point man or maybe the high center who is nowhere near the net.
