It's a soft floater that's going wide that he deflects into his own net.
I honestly think that's worse than ones from 150 feet out that are hard to track and bounce off the ice.

Mangiapane is a different player on that line vs other lines.
He fits better with smarter centers like Backlund and was good with Derek Ryan too
|

Wow, the arena is emptying out pretty quickly. Their fans have more faith in the Flames' ability to protect a lead than most Flames fans have.
