Meh, these cases were always here.... there have been mentally sick people commiting acts of violence since the dawn of time. Modern science just gives them newer means of killing people.

It bothers me far more when a SANE person murders another. Crazy people are not a reflection on humankind. Other than the fact that we don't get these people help (or mandate by law that they take their drugs) before the hurt themselves or others.
