I'm terrible for replying to texts. I either don't see it, or plan to reply later when I'm not in the middle of something and then completely forget

Where can one make a complaint to the city about people who don't shovel the sidewalk in front of their house? There's one lazy ####### who never clears his driveway or sidewalk and it's the route I have to walk with my daughter to school every day. Normally it's just an annoyance, but when things start melting it can be downright treacherous to pass his house, which of course also always has a Ram truck parked out front

No. Sorry.
I just thought of a previous post where someone used phrasing about someone who was so dim they probably couldn’t tell the difference between AA and AAA batteries and failed to use that idea properly.

I get a ton of texts through the day for work, and often I won't answer until later. The reason I ask people to text instead of phone is that I won't delete the text, so later when I go through my phone I can see what I forgot to do. And I tell people when they're texting me for work but it's after hours, unless it's an emergency, I'm not answering until the next day.

If I have my phone with me and I'm not doing anything important I'll respond to texts promptly. But if I'm in a meeting or driving or something it will be a while (if I don't forget) and often at home I leave my phone in my bedroom.

But what about AAAA what the heck is up with that? and is there just an A battery? And how come 9V aren't called square because you can get the large batteries that are also 9V, and don't get me started on "watch" batteries.

There was a cheating scandal in chess where a player was rumored to have received move information from vibrations "internally". There was a variety of jokes about it in the relevant thread, see: https://forum.calgarypuck.com/showpo...15&postcount=3

So, are you buying a vibrator or not?

That's an extremely large "battery" you've got there.

The damn green bin truck has been grabbing my bin from in front of my lawn, chucking the content inside and then driving 10 feet forward and dropping my bin off in front of my driveway every time for the last three pick ups, blocking my ability to enter my garage.
What a dink.

They're smaller than AAAs.

Yes, there is! It's bigger than a AA, but not as big as a B.

The one we commonly call "9-volt battery" is far and away the most popular size in that voltage, so the 9 V capacity itself has become synonymous with that size. There are lots of other 9 V sizes, but they are basically defunct now.
(And a "9-volt" is the shape it is because it contains six AAAA cells wired in series.)
