Eric Francis showed his true colours when he took the opportunity to stand up in front of a large group of people at a charity event in May for Alzheimers and Dementia, to tell the group that we need to vote UCP to ensure a new arena gets built, even though he was standing in a room full of people who's cause would be negatively affected by that same UCP.

He's beyond awful, and if Scooter is in fact Eric, that's unfortunate.

A quick Google search shows the accusation being made on Reddit years ago actually. The one line post on virtually every post Scooter has ever made does kind of have a media guy vibe (someone accustomed to the twitter routine). But with that in mind, and using my internet forensic skills, the large majority of Scooter's one line posts end in an exclamation point! The same is never seen with Francis' tweets... so my suggestion is when you find the Flames media guy that tweets all the time with an exclamation point!, you've found your Scooter!

One owes their media career to nepotism, and one owes it to DEI. Both have been relatively mediocre in their roles, and probably standing in the way of better talent, so I’d be happy to see neither of them on my screen.

But from all accounts, one of them does appear to be a really solid person who everyone in the hockey community seems to like and respect. Like Jammies said, it's hard to picture her making this type of post about another colleague. Good luck in your new venture, Cassie.
