Every rule in the NHL is arbitrary. They just call whatever they feel like. Expecting consistency is a foolish choice.

This team works hard for the most part, they're in most games, and they never seem to get blown out. They just don't have any game-breaking talent to do any serious damage. They're good enough to hover near a wildcard spot, but that's about as much as we can hope for.

At least the young guys have been fun to watch this year.

I’m ok with it. Fun game to watch and we had another young prospect start to step up.

This team works hard and seems to be building a bit of identity. Keep building for the future.

Why was that shooter able to have the puck hit Vladar's pad, then go off his stick again and have it count?

I’m not saying that’s what happened. I’m saying I bet that was the ruling.

I would bet all my earthly possessions if that was us scoring in that situation it's no goal.

Sharangovich in the shootout: 3 for 4
The rest of the Flames: 0 for 12!

Go into every game expecting nothing from Huberdeau. Get exactly what I expected.

Huberdeau stat line the last 5 games is hilarious. 0 across the board yet over 17 min per game in ice time.

Just start calling in sick man

Sharky has to be shaking his head at these dud shootout attempts.
I was less impressed with Kadris attempt honestly.

This team is severely unstructured defensively…every defensive zone stand is like a fire drill…

I shouldn’t even care, but it’s so hard to “cheer” for a tank…I just can’t do it.

Which is wrong because he clearly did touch it as the puck changed speed and direction slightly.

We have three NHL defencemen in the lineup.

His only miss was also that sweet move in TO where it went off the crossbar.

It's the medicine the organization needs.

decisive video evidence that he did - no way Toronto could conclude he didn't touch it, only that it was part of the initial move and not a second attempt

Oh without a doubt.

He's deking across when Vladar touches the puck, but it slides through for the shot to be taken. I was under the impression this shouldn't count.
