Yeah, there has to be some calculated risks sometimes in OT. There’s so much space it is not hard to get caught when the puck gets turned over. Kadri should probably not try and make a fancy play there. Eat it, or maybe fire all the way back to Wolf.

Simple on paper, maybe. But they struggled to cycle the puck. It looked like a disorganized power play. That's why I said Savard

Coleman and Andersson never take a night off
Oesterle gotta find his footing
Dube invisible
Huberdeau lack luster

I just want to see Wolf have success.
I hate that it's an onslaught for him each night. Hopefully they give him lots of rope to adjust to this level.

Really need a rule change so you can’t leave the zone. It will force teams to try to make a play we wasted possession.

Coming here to complain that the Flames tied it up late is ####ing lame
Again what is the point of even watching if that is how you feel

Yes - I prefer them to lose in regulation for a good draft pick this season instead of being stuck in mediocrity. This season is basically lost in my eyes.
Like I said though - we can't all be the #1 Flames fan.

I do have to admit the PP is pretty bad but I really do like that cycling in OT. It looks bad but they are trying to get an odd man rush which isn't really doable when in the zone on 3-3

If Kylington isn't good to go, then we need to be using some of our new found cap space on an actual NHL defenceman. This idea of dumping Zadorov and just going with 4 defenceman is not working. Especially when one of those 4 is the oft-injured Tanev (who is a rare combination of indestructible and injury-prone).

That's true. And it has actually improved from last season and early this year.

This team quickly went from incredibly deep offensively and defensively, to only good offensively. I like cheering for goals though. At least theres some fun in watching

Nothing you can do but scrap and give the youngsters a real chance. Nothing you can do about the boat anchor contracts.
