Although I expected a better showing by the Steelers defense you had to know that Belichick would have some surprises in store for MVP Mitch. Tomlin needs to hire a top shelf OC in the offseason for this team to matter.

Tomlin honestly needs to resign at this point. It's been a really good run, but I'd absolutely be down for a fresh start and a completely new coaching staff.
They've come out super flat in back-to-back games against Arizona and New England. That's on Tomlin as much as on anybody else.

Yeah I wonder if Tomlin has gone as far as he can with this group. It's getting harder and harder for coaches to get their message to players, and it's been 6 seasons since the Steelers had anything more than a playoff appearance so the message might not be working with this group anymore.

If Tomlin somehow became available I’d hope any team I support would fire whomever the coaches was and hire him immediately. Steeler fan is going to learn a difficult lesson when he’s gone

Tomlin has gotten the most of out those mediocre teams though. The problem with Tomlin is that he is a pretty good coach, they have needed to bottom out so they can get a QB and other high end talent, but the keep drafting in the high teens/low 20s because he keeps them in the 8-9/9-8 zone. They should have no problem trading him to another team, all of the NFC South teams, the Raiders, Chargers, Jets etc...would all kill for a coach like him. Either that or go all in for Cousins this offseason and give him a real QB instead of noddle armed Rapelisberger and little hands Kenny.
