Default GM Changes (New Vancouver and Ottawa GMs)
OK so Blaster is taking over the Vancouver Canucks effective immediately.

In turn, please welcome our new Ottawa GM: Ped.

Ped is new to the league and will be getting up to speed. Per our standard process his first few deals will be reviewed by the league.

In addition, Ottawa is considered an asset poor team, so per the rules we announced this off-season. The Sens will receive compensatory picks at end of each round of this summer's draft. These picks can't be traded, and will be tracked via a sticky thread in this forum. The players selected with the picks CAN be traded.

So for submitting the lines, is it just as simple as doing them in the editor? What exactly am I emailing? I'm sure it's said somewhere but I've been traveling and working all day so my brain is not working.
