It wasn't even the worst PI we've seen in a Hail Mary, by Hail Mary standards it was pretty light. That so much time has been dedicated to it is fairly ridiculous, the miss on MVS was significantly worse, Even if you want to say it was a make up call for the Mahomes softie that's a bad makeup call, 15 yards for the "late hit" or 40 yards on the PI, these things are not equal.

The other bad call on that drive was when the Packers later stopped MVS forward progress but he did get out of bounds. They stopped the clock when it should have stayed running.

So it demonstrates all sorts of mistakes which may or may not affect the outcome. But they do stand out as seemingly basic mistakes to fans.
