Are we sure his name is actually Connor and not Karen?

McHypocrite
From penalty legitimacy to when teams should be icing their 1st PP unit.
Do as I say not as I/we do, or something like that. The day Bedard overtakes this entitled tool as the league poster boy can't come soon enough.

As usual almost half of McDavids points (14 of 29) come courtesy of the powerplay. Same with his sidekick Pissy. Powerplay specialists, nothing more.

I know this thread isn't always somewhere where rational thoughts go, clearly Edmonton is no good. A little part of me last night thought the NHL was looking for a way from stopping Calgary get 2 points so the Oilers cold make group. Instead justice prevailed and the Oilers have gained nothing...they are still trash.

That wasn't actually a penalty against the Jets, was it?

Not in any league that's not trying to push the Oilers upwards, it isn't...

How do you hold an opponent's stick with boith your hands on your own stick? Does Vilardi have 3 hands?

lol, get a win against a slumping Jets team thanks to a soft goal and undeserving powerplay and they're back to being world beaters.

It is wild that they are 7-3 in the last 10 and haven't cracked .500 yet.
The thing about losing badly in the first 20 is that you don't get that luxury twice.
The next 60 games will need to be near perfect for them to get in.

Unless I am missing something, why do the Oilers get a full week off between games now? Their next game is December 6th vs the Hurricanes. Maybe Connor will organize another captains skate to keep the legs fresh.

Might be their League-mandated break? I dunno.

Great! A whole week for the rest of the league to rack up the points while they watch.
And this isn't even their league mandated break which will be Jan. 28-Feb. 5.
