I don't know. He's at 70% of last year's production with 78% of last year's ice time. Seems fine to me.

Able to accommodate this call-up because they finally put Rooney on LTIR (hadn't needed to before now), but if CapFriendly is correct, this also leaves enough room to bring Zary back up (although they will need to find additional cap room to put Pelletier back on the roster when he is ready).

Think DeSimone would only have to play one more game before he's waiver eligible again...so that's why he went down I think.

Solovoyov they don't want sitting in the press box.

So they call up Oesterle to sit in the press box and aren't afraid to put him on waivers if they eventually need to.

So did Tanev get injected with some adamantium over the last few days?
What a warrior

Probably weren't quite sure how Tanev was doing. Precautionary.

I love Chris Tanev.

I'm struggling at the moment to remember all of them right now, but Tanev must be up there in terms of Treliving's UFA signings? Actually, nvm. I'm arbitrarily deciding the credit should go to Chris Snow.

He’s had one assist in the last month.

And even if the production was there, his game isn’t. He isn’t bringing close to the same level of energy he was last year, and that’s pretty much all he brings.

I think he's typical of a lot of guys (Ruzicka being another) that have to be on their toes constantly.

I don’t think Ruzicka is an energy guy. He’s also playing his way off the team, but mostly because he never brings energy and isn’t bringing any offence to make up for it.

He played that way for a good chunk of last season though.

Whatever ruined Huberdeau's mojo seems to have infected Duehr as well. Complete crisis of confidence.

Yeah, quite the shock. You'd expect at least three or four with the linemates he plays with, the draft capital we spent on him, the salary he's earning, and this amount of opportunity.

Are we still talking about Duehr? Draft capital?
