Everyone can see what the club has done over the past 20 years. Various highs, abysmal lows, and a whole lot of middle of the road. Like I said you easily had the chance to say you made a mistake and didn't, then doubled down by lying about what I said today.

That isn't making a statement about your character just pointing out what happened. If you took it as a shot at your character maybe look at yourself.

When a troll has lost his argument and his attempt at trolling fails, they always revert to the classic "why are you lying" or some derivative because they can't actually address any of the points presented.

As you can see here the defensive tactic is being utilized in full, as the troll can't counter points presented but has to keep the trolling attempt alive.

I guess we're done here.

I think when you point out the lies no it isn't an attack. I don't think I have said anything negative about you, said you were a bad person, I just said what you did. I also have no idea what you are like outside of here so haven't made any comment about that either. A message board is a pretty tiny slice of someone's life so not I don't think saying someone is a liar on a message board is an attack, or even comment, on their character.

Except I haven't lost anything and pointed out what actually happened. I have countered every point brought up. There is no debate about whether he lied or not he admitted it.

You have shown you are so scared of different opinions that you have to try and paint it as trolling but you repeatedly crying wolf doesn't make it any less true that the first time you started crying about it.

Murray Edward’s wants to win a cup every year and won’t sanction an EDM style rebuild. So they probably will sign Hanifin and won’t trade the other guys away. They will ride them out to FA as long as there is a chance at making the playoffs.

Numerous radio personalities speculated that the loss of revenue from the rebuild years is a factor in the desicions making. Not necessarily because of the lost playoff revenue, but because people stop going to games.

Unfortunately, being a team in the middle will make the fans lose interest just as quickly as having a bottom 5 team. I think it's pretty hard doing marketing for the flames right now, because the product itself is okay, but doesn't wow you on a nightly basis.

I think the franchise was pretty close to moving before the 2004 run. That's why the management is always after one more run in an attempt to generate a new generation of fans.

Yeah, I think the only term more despised than ‘rebuild’ is ‘young guns.’

That era nearly killed the Flames.

I think the low fan interest had more to do with constantly losing star players to other teams that could pay them more.
