It sounds entirely made up.
I like or feel neutral (which I would classify as feeling positively toward but with no real interest in friendship) the vast majority of people. People I would never like probably make up 1/20 or 1/30 or something.
It’s incredibly easy to get along with most people on at least a neutral level. The 1/20 are usually miserable losers who nobody really seems to like.

No, not really. I like most posters, am neutral to some, and dislike only a few. My ignore list is pretty small for example. Just because I say "wow, that post is dumb", doesn't mean I dislike the poster or wouldn't get along fine with them if we met in real life.

I would think the vast, vast majority would fall in the neutral /slightly positive group. Borrowing from the “How many CPers have you met?”, I am at zero, but think almost everybody are good people, with only a few on ignore as trolls. Having said that, I am not inviting everyone to my house for a BBQ.
