Had a family member visiting from out east, wasn't feeling well, went to the ER, diagnosed with a tumor on her brain, in hospital for four days, surgery at foothills Wednesday, released from hospital yesterday. Staying out west due to some radiation treatment.
Our Healthcare system isn't perfect by any means, but it works, and works well. I shudder to think what will happen as Danielle Smith and her childish libertarian fiends will continue to do, dismantle the public system bit by bit then claim it doesn't work, fooling a generally ignorant Alberta voting population.

There is no reasoning with them. At a dinner with a friend yesterday and she mentioned she had a conversation around this with another person. The person said they would inoculate their children, but won't vaccinate them

Most people aren’t anti vax they are anti whatever that was for Covid that you had to take every three months to supposedly work.
I don’t think many people doubt the effectiveness of measles , polio, and mumps vaccines.

Actually, the majority aren't anti-vax. They took the vaccines because they are rational and believe in science. And it worked. Saved millions upon millions of lives and not having to weigh down the healthcare system with unnecessary symptoms and hospitalizations.
It's the anti-vaxxers and freedom nutbars who mistook COVID vaccinations as tyranny and helped clogged up the system even worse.
