Good game, two weeks ago Calgary would have mailed it in after the 3-1 deficit

God I hate shootouts. No way should individuals be determining the outcome of a team-based game

Boys, just step into the slot and and lean into a clapper.

Quit being so friggen fancy.

Looking at you, Rasmus.

Fun game.

Never gonna catch me feeling bad after a shootout.

Flames game tonight was very exciting regardless of shoot out loss. Let's run and then sell high. I'm really seeing Conroy getting the players going and they have played some great hockey. That was exciting.

I feel like Huberdeau is close to popping, but his head keeps holding him back.

and Andersson in the shootout? He must have scored a couple in practice, because I don't get it.

Entertaining game. Sell the UFAs and keep it rolling.

After watching the Heritage Classic, I never thought we’d have half this much fun watching a Flames game this season. It’s pretty remarkable how different they look. I hate Andersson as the third shot. I wanted Pospisil- I think he earned it. Another feel-good game to build on. Proud of them for battling back in the third.

Somewhere in the bowels of the Saddledome, Pospisil found a crate labelled "Magic Potion -- 4th Round Draft Picks Only!" and it looked like it's been gathering dust for a year and a half, so he decided to take a swig.

I’m looking forward to Lindy being gone. We’ll get to see Zary/Pospisil/Pelts take on bigger roles.

Down 3-1 and we got to 4-4. Was a fun near comeback. Lots to build on. Marky looked good in the 3rd

i think the shootouts are on the way out. It is comical how many players obviously could care less and fans are starting to get it. Plus it is inevitably way more boring than both real hockey and the pond hockey that follows it.

This is such nonsense and a complete logical fallacy. I wish people would stop using this as an argument against a trade after the fact.

In order for any of this to be anywhere near reality would require the entire league to have exactly the same record and make all of the same trades involving picks to have the Flames pick at the exact same selection that Dobson and Barzal were selected.

Not likely.

I had no clue, thanks. You'd never know it from his attempt.

He's 2/4 in shootouts. Which is better than most guys on the team which is SAD

Andersson has the highest shootout % on the team

Fun comeback. They don't get a point without Markstrom's play in the 3rd. Huska, please stop trying Huberdeau in the shootout - his hands are too slow.
