If the Bills are going to fire McDermott at the end of the year they might as well fire him now and hope it sparks the team. No doubt they've had bad injury luck on defense, but that doesn't explain being unprepared and poor disciplined almost every week. That is all coaching.

Don't follow the Bills but my guess is the coach called the plays on the TD drive where there was no passes, all runs....certainly didn't let the QB call those.
Allen I think listens to those like Aikman who says he can make very throw, so he errors on the side of that instead of measured offensive football. McDermott hay get the sack but Allen is the reason. He should know better after 6 seasons as QB but clearly not as he still thinks he can fire in there between 3 defenders.

No kidding. I haven't seen the Broncos execute anything that well in 2 seasons!
Broncos very lucky to get the win, but could have sealed it a long time before, too. Lots to build off of. Russ looks at least half-cooked though, so hard to see them really doing anything against teams that don't self-sabotage.
