Man Huby should be on the fourth line. Such a waste to play him with Lindholm and mangiapane

I thought they looked ok. Got some chances, but the lack of snipers on this team makes every game tough offensively.

A very winnable game, though.

We already look like we are falling a step behind. I didn't think the back to back would get us till the 3rd.

Well, if recent games have anything to say, our second and third periods are better, so that's a decent enough start to build off of. Coleman has been all over it tonight.

I thought that line played well. Including Huberdeau.

That play there near the end with Grier where he had the opportunity to one timer the puck with no one around him, and was unable to, and it resulted in a mis-shot, displays the Flames biggest weakness on the PP and offensively in general. Team can't one time.

Wolf good. Rest of the team kind of playing as expected so far.

The power play remains a huge issue. Entries especially.

This team is so soft. Is Huberdeau going to do anything at all this season?

Least effective forward in their role by a pretty wide margin.

He’d help himself by moving his feet and showing a little desperation. Alas…

Don't think Huberdeau cracks 40 points this season.

Zary has been great since coming up. But, taking the point on the Power play and responsible for the zone entry seems a bit much

Backlund and Lindholm awful again so far, think Zary had a tough period there too. Can't help but feel we're like almost getting there though, maybe it's blind optimism but I really think we're close to turning things round.

With the way lines 2-4 are playing, a Johnny for Johnny retool might actually reveal the flames to have a pretty good team.

Not just that.

First, he should have pinched at the blueline, but backed up and let the Sens carry it all the way up the ice. Then he gets the puck behind the net and flubs it, allowing the Sens to get zone time, then his guy tips the shot that goes in.

Also, that pressure in the last 30 seconds of the period by the Sens was largely because of him backing in, and then never accomplishing anything.

I have always been a big Tanev fan, but he just isn't the same player this year. I am so ready to move on. Move him at the deadline for a nice return, and thank him for 4 great years here.

Nah. Lindholm has now missed 3 tap ins from Huberdeau in the last two games.
