It's still early in the season, but I always thought it was insane to see so many media members pick the Oilers to win it all. With that goaltending and defense? Two elite forwards and a PP can't win you a Cup. And when they're off their game? Exhibit A so far this season......a really bad team.

I'm sure we all hoped it would be the Flames who would break the Oilers. But I'm ok with Vancouver doing it this year. I don't hate the Canucks anywhere near as much as I hate the Oil, and their team is actually pretty likeable this year.
