A manager complaining about a decision after a match is hardly novel.

That was such an interesting replay

It was 3 decisions that probably favored newcastle 51/49 on all 3, and luckily enough they all fell that way

Could have seen it disallowed so easily

Great game though, definitely aided by the brouhaha around the havertz tackle

Rice loved it you could tell

What did jorginho do to guimaries? he took a few runs at him with shoulder checks

Maybe the 3 yellows for dissent? One? Okay. Two....you're pushing it. Three? You've lost control.

I wont even rant about a red for Havertz....that could have gone either way. If it had been red...okay...but a straight yellow? I wont complain about that either.

Spurs fans complaining about the Arsenal coach speaking out against a call that went against them. What a surprise.

Haha, sure call it biased, but to me it was a 50/50 call. The ball wasn’t out (almost for sure), he wasn’t offside, so you have the potential foul. Arteta is just crying about a close decision they didn’t get and he’s embarrassed to be in the country? Gimme a break.

TBH, I'm in agreement on this one.
I haven't seen a replay showing the ball is out & its 50/50 at best for a foul.
The players switched off and Reya completely missed his attempted punch out. They have themselves to blame. You could see the goal coming as soon as the ball was kept in.

When you have no strikers you leave yourself vulnerable to losing 1-0 to a moment of mistakes. Thankfully we have a run of winnable matches for a bit & hopefully get results until January where we can buy someone.

Can Luton hold on for the upset of the year?

Not exactly the desired result, but quite the moment for Diaz given his family situation.

Luton battled really well, but we should have been a couple goals clear when they scored. Just forgot the finishing boots today.

Just saw the second half but that was another fun game, felt like a cup tie, just loving the prem these days so entertaining and such good football.

Arteta has got to get a couple games for those comments, and very disappointing to see the club come out criticizing the whole system afterwards and doubling down. Take your loss like a man... I totally agree with everybody else in the thread, came down to the foul, no chance it was out or offside and the foul could have gone either way, definitely not an error by the officials just a judgement call that went against them. I get that it hurts but way over the top the comments.

You are gonna crack down on the culture of disrespect against the officials on the field, it should start with going after the Managers like Klopp and Arteta who can't lose with grace and blame the refs publicly and constantly

I couldnt believe that. I had no idea that his dad had been kidnapped by Colombian Nationalists...What the actual Fata? Its like something out of a movie. What was that one....'Proof of Life?'

I cant believe he played. That is just so wild, but I suppose what else can you do?

So....yeah...Colombia...let Diaz's dad go...ya bastards.

Has there ever been a player that's more of an asset and a liability at the same time as Romero? Just a totally reckless player.

Good with the bad I suppose. Plays on the edge pretty much every match, gonna always be a risk for a red.

This is great for him. He can roll in and give us all the "I told you so!"
