And his minus had nothing to do with him. That was on Zadorov, who I think had a sore hand on the play. The play was on Vladar’s right and Huberdeau was LW.

I thought the Flames season derailed last year when they blew a lead in a home game against the Krakken in which Vladar was in net. Maybe this year its a comeback win against the Krakken where Vladar was in net that gets the season on track.

Both Zary and Pospisil had their share of setbacks in development, so it's good to see them make the show.

Good game from the team. Everybody contributed.I'm very happy our younger players are starting to help the team.
Our D zone system works when we play hard. If you can't get puck, hit the guy and stop it.
My stars of the game are Sharangovich, Vladar, Hanifin and Zary

I only caught the highlights. That seems like a win that might be the start of some successful hockey. Not sure if I’m quite ready to hope for that yet but winning is fun.
Backlund’s first goal was a thing of beauty. Good defence then doesn’t give up on the play and cashes in the tap in.

Back from the game! Few comments of things I noticed up in the stands. Holy hell do we suck at our own blue line. Get the fricken pick out. I’ve never seen such soft play in the puck in our own zone.
The Mangiapane thing didn’t seem too malicious but they didn’t replay it much. Besides the “not getting it out” moments, the D seemed good in their coverage for a long period of play where the Kraken had 13 shots and weren’t getting much going.
Were those two of the luckiest empty bet goals ever?

Still not impressed with our veteran guys but LOVIN our rookie guys. I was hoping Poseidon would make an impact and he did not disappoint. Did Backlund do his suck it impression to the fans? I couldn’t make much out on the replay.

Overthinking all very fun and way more fun than I thought it was going to be. Either hope it’s the turn around to being a good team again, or a small ray of sunshine in a crap season for a high pick.

Still fun to cheer for wins PEACE

Considering how he plays the game, ‘Poplinski’ is pretty good!

I too had to call it a night after the second period - it was 4 am and I was bagged.
