Ha. I know exactly what you wrote. I'm just confused what my narrative is. I was obviously making a comment in jest. So don't know why you're butt hurt about it.

But you know what. I'll play. It could be the lack of effort, the spin around passes, the no lookers to none. How about the impeccable suits, the ferraris, the quaffed hair. See. Roger Dorn.

Narrative complete.

Huberdeau isn’t lazy, and neither is his play. The effort is there. He just isn’t playing well. Like I said, you are making things up to suit a narrative.

Here's what a Huberdeau buyout would look like, it is ugly:

As long as there are three..

For the three remaining games against the Oilers, when the Flames summon their only good hockey of the season to cockblock them from the playoffs.

No way Edwards would approve throwing millions at Hubrudeau for a buyout. Accept that we will have the worst contract in the league for the next 6-7 years.

It was great to have Andersson back on the blueline. The pairing with him and Weegar is the best top 2 the Flames have iced in a few years. Thank goodness Weegar was part of the Tkachuk trade.
I like the Coronato-Greer-Duehr line but I’d love to see some production from Duehr similar to last season.

Kadri's best game this year, and probably his best in the last 50 or so.

I would give the nod to Weegar, but either way

Maybe we could do an Edmonton ATL after a loss, that ought to fill the void.

Haha you really do suck the fun out of this place.

Jonathan Huberdeau is not Roger Dorn. Noted. I guess my fleeting dream of having the 23/24 Flames turn into the fictional 89 Indians and having some fun is over. On the plus side I guess we won't have to see the players tearing pieces of clothing off a cardboard cutout of Murray Edwards.

The worst part about tanking is that the team isn't even trying to tank.

Does Huberdeau not do any interviews either? Guess there is a few things he doesn't seem to show up for.

Huge 0 points, these points count the same now as at the end of the season, so we have to make every game count.

Glad to see Zary playing well. More youth and losses please.

I fell asleep during the 2nd. Glad to see Zary added some much needed excitement the entire game. It’s honestly sad how much Huberdeau has fallen. I think the only way he’ll ever get out of his funk in Calgary is if the team drafts some more young studs to take pressure off of him so that he feels he doesn’t have to be “the guy”. Similar to the Stars with how drafting Heiskinen, Robertson and Hintz took pressure off of Seguin and Benn to be the main two guys.

I guess you really thought you had something there. Sorry for ruining it.
